| 27 | Description of problem | This scammer offered a set of eBooks on ebay for sale and claimed he was selling resale rights. What I received was junk. He sent a pirate copy of the gutenberg dvd and tried to tell me I could legally resell it when it say sright on the dvd it is not legal to resell. Most of his 30000 ebooks were junk recipes in wri format or one page articles, not even ebooks. He also sent some free software that could be downloaded and some of the ebooks were nothing more than websites saved as pdfs which still had copyright notice. He also refused to send any physical signed statement saying he was giving me resale rights. He was afraid I would send it to gutenberg or other sites he was ripping off and he would go to jail.
