I was told to allow 3-9 working days for delivery. I have contacted seller via email and phone and the seller has not responed. When Ive sent her the dispute notice, the seller replied but with a blank email. Ebay has not been helpful at all in retrieving my payment nor investigating the matter. They said because I did not use their payment service PAYPAL therefore they can not take any action. |
