She claims she did not endorse it. I have filed an official complaint with Wells Fargo Bank Fraud division and they are on it! I have since read her feedback from other buyers and she has been accused of cashing checks and not sending merchandise before. 4 times, as a matter of fact, in the last several months. She is also accused of being a liar and for misrepresenting her merchandise. She will not call me and she will not answer her phone. I want my necklace NOW! She should be released permanently from eBay and prosecuted for interstate commerce fraud. |
