I contacted the seller many times through ebay asking for a refund, which he refused to do the 1st 3 times I contacted him. He finally agreed to a refund once the item was returned to him. He provided me with a return address of 440 cross st williamsburg Va which matches his ebay profile and the return address he hand wrote on the package he shipped me. I shipped the cell phone back by USPS tracked mail and about a week later I contacted the post office to see why it was stuck in Va. They advised that the address I had sent it to does not exist. There is no Cross St in williamsburg va. I immediately contacted the seller and advised that the item could not be delivered as the address does not exist. He did not respond within 14 hours so I started my complaint with paypal to get my money back. He responded to paypal stating that he had just moved to Carlisle Ma. and he forgot to update his address with paypal and ebay. Paypal has his address at 440 cross st williamsburg va also and has always had that address. It turns out his address is 440 cross st carlisle ma. I almost lost my money because ofthe fake address he provided. Paypal insisted that I return it to him before they would give a refund. To date he has yet to update his information with paypal or ebay.
