HE IS IN ARGENTINA! They have one of the most screwed up mail services in the world and it is common for packages to take 30 days to be delivered if they are ever delivered. He filed the paypal complaint even after I told him his order had shipped and it would take 30 days. He filed the complaint the next day. What a scammer. He knows there is no tracking number for shipments to Argentina because their mail system is so 3rd world they do not support tracking. He is using this to try and scam me out of the product by filing a false paypal chargeback. Add this guy to your ebay blocked bidder list fast. What a scammer...... |
