| 27 | Description of problem | They post to a news group offering parts for sale. I emailed saying I was interested in the part they were selling. They respond with pictures and a price, I accept and ask shipping costs so I can paypal payment. 4 days later I hear nothing so I email again. They respond telling me they were busy and would get around to it. It is now a week since then and they still have not gotten around to it guess they are busy. Must be nice to be too busy to bother taking customers money. Do you think I will do business with them in the future? I cant even do business with them now by offering to send them money for something they advertised as for sale and they agreed to sell me. Finally 10 days after my first contact I get a price for shipping but only after emailing a third request.
Update: he finally did give me a shipping price, after I asked 3 times over 2 weeks. I send paypal payment immediately and started watching for my package. Two weeks later I receive a fedex notice saying my order was just shipped. I check the tracking and it is scheduled to be delivered in 1 week. I wait 1 week, the delivery day comes and goes with no delivery. I check the tracking and see the package was never given to fedex. It is a month after I paid and I still dont have what I paid for, plus he has not even bothered to ship it yet.
Then, I paid 24 Jun and rx July 18. The package was shipped by regular mail not Fedex. I will give him credit for proper packing but I doubt I will do business with this company again. They never did respond to my request for information a week ago when the fedex delivery date p***ed with no delivery. The actual ship date of the package was July 10, I paid 24 Jun and they did not ship until July 10! Plus, they shipped over a week after they sent me a bogus tracking number saying they shipped. Poor attitude, poor customer customer service = no more of my business. |
