| 27 | Description of problem | I was high bidder on an auction for a Video Switch this person offered on ebay, I paid Dec 13, waited, nothing, 2 days later I get a reminder and remind him that I already paid the same day the auction ended, no response, no shipping confirmation, then Dec 20 I email again asking for the status since I should have received the item Dec 15 or 16 since the guy lives in a nearby city, he said the money just got to his bank. HIS BANK? I paid by paypal, the payment was instant, the money was in his account, from a verified member with a much higher ranking than his and using a verified paypal address yet he held my paid for order for 7 days without shipping or notifying me. Im not sure if it is lousy customer service or just a dumb seller.
Update: I finally received the switch Dec 24! almost two weeks after I should have received it.
Still on my blocked bidders list because I dont like doing business with people like this. |
