| 27 | Description of problem | clint3164 Left false negative feedback complainint which said they did not recieve their order. THEY NEVER PAID so obviously they never received it, also this person NEVER contacted me once they just left the negative feedback. This could have been easily resolved if they had made any effort and taken ten seconds to send me an email. Instead it got them a negative feedback response and a non paying bidder complaint, so they are 1/3 of the way off of ebay already all because they left false negative feedback without attempting to resolve a complaint(and without bothering to pay for their auction).
Update: This person realized their mistake and did pay later, but it is too late now since there is already negative feedback on my account that ebay will not remove or correct even when both parties agree it is not correct. |
