| 27 | Description of problem | Soccerdancer09 - Sent an email complaining because when she purchased my 12.00 software I did not throw in a free copy of a $40 program by another company????? even when the auction said nothing at all about including any other software. Then threatened to complain to ebay, like they care about their customers, if I did not send a refund before she returned the CD. No business sents out money like that, it just is not done because it is bad business practice, if you want a refund you have return the goods first, common sense. I must have missed checking this persons feedback because apparently they have a history of bidding without bothering to actually read the auction. Did I mention that when she first complained she made no reference to which auction she purchased, no reference to her ebay ID, and used an email address different from the one used for ebay and paypal so when I checked my records I obviously showed no paypal transaction from this *new* email address, yet she expected an immediate refund without giving me any clue what auction she was talking about or what paypal transaction she made, and she expected this immediate refund because SHE did not bother to read the auction or main website both of which had EVERYTHING clearly spelled out. |
