| 27 | Description of problem | liggett11@msn.com - Waited 12 days after ordering before saying that the order did not arrive then sent angry email and threatened negative feedback if I did not respond immediately by her timetable. A simple note saying it had not arrived would have been enough to let me know the post office either lost it or misdelivered it. Of course, I sent out a replacement. If she had notified my after 5 or 7 days I could have sent out the replacement much sooner. |
