| 27 | Description of problem | The guy buys software and decides they dont like it because they want their screen set to an ultra low resolution for some reason(like in the 80s) and refuse to follow the directions. I reply to their original email with the easy fix to their problem but this is the response:

That email didnt ease my frustration at all. Thanks for nothing. What a
waste of twenty bucks. Ill tell everyone to buy their software
elsewhere. By the way, Stick my twenty bucks up your *** and please dont
respond to this email.
What a wonderful attitude considering all he had to do was return the software for a refund if he was truly not satisfied. Another person that gets more enjoyment out of complaining than anything else and was never really looking for a quality product.

I asked you not to respond to my email. So on your advice Im returning your
software for full refund. I trust when you receive it you will adjust my
credit card. I was going to let you keep the twenty bucks but you forced me
to act. I work for the police departments communication system for Southern
NH and Im a Ham Radio operator as well. I will p*** the word around about
