Auction-Safety.org is not responsible for the accuracy of any report, they are not verified. All postings on this site are subject to Section 230 of the Common Carrier communications regulations which says any website has immunity for most causes of action of an “interactive computer service” in which the provider is acting as a publisher or speaker. We just provide a forum for individuals to post, we are a common carrier. If someone filed a complaint against you, then you should resolve the matter with them or obtain a court order if you want the information removed and it does not contain a phone number or physical address. We do not remove listings just because you say-so. We may remove listings if the original submitter requests the removal because there is incorrect information contained in it.
