Were you the victim of fraud on eBay or any other auction site?

You can submit a Fraud Report below. After you complete the 3 short input screens, a custom report page will be generated which will have instructions on what action you should take, if any, to recover your money or goods or to protect yourself from additional identity theft or other types of fraud that follow auction scams.

When the report is complete, it will be added to our database where other users can search for information on the same buyer or seller you had problems with. This information will also be made available to Law Enforcement and eBay if requested. Your personal information will NOT be available to the public and will not appear in searches. This report can be submitted anonymously if you desire. We do ask some questions to help compile statistics(like your age, state, country) to help determine who is most at risk from scams.
